I’m having problems. 4 times in a row I have finished a level and then it takes me back to the same level. The only option is to play again or quit the level to move on to the next. Every time I quit to move on to the next it makes me lose a life. I’ve lost 4 from doing this. Also, why isn’t the spin the wheel for more life’s there anymore when you get to the end of a level without completing that level? The only choice now is to use 10 coins to continue playing.

Hi @jgirl06 have you tried logging out and restarting your device, log back in? If not, please do so, most probably it's connectivity issue. Read the article below on wheels got stuck. These 2 issues are probably link to networking problem. Pls let us know after you restart your device.

@jgirl06 pls also check that you have completed the level i.e. wait for the page that said "level completed" with Tiffi at the background cheering ... If you don't see this, it mean you either didn't pass or the level progres got obstructed due to internet issue.

Hi @jgirl06 .

Welcome to the community. Sometimes when we clear the level we do turn the page quickly and not realize that the level was still in the loop so always wait a little after clearing any level and let the game take u to next level automatically.

Regarding ur 2nd issue of win moves from wheel. Dear its available after a certain time. For all the available features always keep ur game application updated. And its a test feature not available to all the players all the time. If it is gone from ur side it might come back any time. Take a look at below.

Sorry to here you did not move on from this level. Sometimes if you exit the level to quickly it does not register the level as correct. you always need to make sure that the stars for the level show up and then you exit the level.

Slow internet, Game not connected, or some other reason, you may face such problems. You can check out some troubleshooting below.

Reset/Clear cache data from App Store - Check app update - Log out game - Restart Device - Open game and Log in.

If the problem remains the same, you need to follow the steps below.

@jgirl06 Sorry to here you have had problems with progression to the next level. I myself have had this happen twice since the new episode exit and think it is happening due to the the ok after stars and feature finished is being pressed to quickly. I have started to leave it do it thing and hang of the ok for a second and since this i have progressed each time. As it is a new feature trying to keep an eye on this within my own game to see if it happens again.

I still have the extra move wheel in my game but its a test feature so you are not always guaranteed to be in the test group for the feature in the game, but is still a feature

Not only does it keep having me play the same level over...This keeps happening. I logged off and even rebooted my phone but it's still happening.

The level gives you the option to play again, meaning you could not complete the level. If this is not the case then show me a screenshot as proof that you are passing the level but you are not able to go to the next level.

The extra spin wheel belongs to the test group so we can't say for sure you will always find this feature in your game.
