Not getting bonuses from Fantastic Five

Hi,

I am having trouble collecting my bonuses when my Fantastic Five team completed our contest. I have been getting the first 2 items for the first 2 phases, but last 2 to 3 times have not gotten the prize when we collect the final prize. I play on Windows 10 through Microsoft and Facebook. @Terry_Cox there has been a graph issue that is making people believe they have reached 7000 points but when scores added up they do not come to 7000. We would really need a screenshot of the fantastic 5 graph to be sure. All you can do is contact customer support from your game or by the contact us at bottom of page and explain your issue. you will need your game ID

Yes, as Freddy said, the Fantastic Five has some graphics problems, which means that even if your team doesn't collect 7,000 points, you can see that 7,000 points have been collected there. You will receive reward when your team collects 7,000 points.

In my custom team the game froze when I lost one of my players. The total was correct until the player that left points disappeared.

This also happened on the last round when 2 teammates left. I played an entire episode for a total of about 1700 points and about 3400 of my teammates points. We lost them all.

@Freddy_Falkner understood but the second reward still hasn't been recieved.

Do the points generated by the player that left not count towards the rewards?

@Leslie_B I believe the points are counted in the background if player leaves the team.but without knowing that persons points can not tell you if you have reached that point or if you have the graph issue. If it is the graph issue you should see the reward when the team hits the target. Sorry but without knowing the points of who left i can cannot confirm whether you should have received reward or not. ,but looking at you pic guess they had less than 525 points so all your scores would not have came to second reward stage. yet.

Yup thats always happening to me since the target has been revised from 15000 to 7000. The feature is showing 7000 but we as a team when collect some more points we get our rewards. So reward is no issue the issue is with graphic display. Hopefully it will be solved soon.

I play on iPhone (IOS 14.4.2) and my game is saved on Facebook.
