Hi @Lim thanks a lot for always drawing my attention through mentions , good evening and hope you are doing great 👍🏾. Ok my take on this vote initiative by @aijaziqbal is a great outline but not awesome because it’s almost a selfish thing to ignore members of your team with one sided conclusion. Some individual loves to play games but again their work/life business don’t permit them to crush regularly so for example if I have one laidback individual and 2 regular crushers also 2 busy individuals , I won’t use just that 1 laidback individual do doom the modest rest ...
