hi Cat. so the error i kept getting a connection error. Everytime i tried to log in with my account it said "there was a connection error please try again" I found a post with this problem here: https://community.king.com/en/candy-crush-saga/discussion/280545/there-was-a-connection-error-try-again-in-a-bit/p1
I've tried to use every kind of troubleshooting that was suggested by automatic customer support, and it didnt work. It was suggested by the community to reinstall the game, however that i would retain the gold bars and game progress. that was not the case for me. I've included picture in my previous post about the progress, when i was able to sign in after reinstalling it. i was at an old progress. i'll include the pictures again.
@Royyu66 Only person that can help you with this is customer support or @Crazy Cat Lad . Not sure why if you reconnected to same account why it would not restore the correct level you was on. Strange one, how many levels has it taken you back.

Hi Cat. Sorry for all the confusion. I hope i can make it all clear with this post. So i got my account reconnected after the reinstallation of the game; that part had no poblems. However i was on level 7249 before the reinstallation, i proofed that using the picture. Now, after the reinstall, i am on level 6880.
I just want to ask you to see if i can get my current account updated to level 7249 so i can continue to play at the level that i was playing at without having to replay the 300 leves or so.
