Lost boosters and lives

Hi! I’ve been saving up my boosters and lives and one day I signed in and ALL were gone!

@ryanchev Hi and welcome, Unfortunately if this is a mobile device you boosters and lives are store on the device itself, so if your device crashes is reinstalled reset or changed. All boosters are lost and are unrecoverable. This is unless you had any purchased and unused boosters. You can the contact support form your game and they will help you with this

Boosters and lives are stored on the device itself so that we can use them even if we are playing offline. This also means that whenever we change our device or reinstall our game application, game crashed out we will lose our boosters and lives. A lot of boosters and lives also affect the game play. So it is always advised not to store too many lives and boosters on your device. Unfortunately we can not help you in recovering them but if you have any purchased boosters you need to please contact support directly from your game and they have youe entire purchase history so i hope they will take an action in your favour.

There are several reasons that your booster or lives are missing. Perhaps try to disconnect your game, restart your device and reconnect. Hopefully, your boosters and lives will appear as usual.

Boosters are saved directly in your device's memory, which always allows you to use them while playing offline. This also means that if you delete and reinstall the game, then Boosters can be lost and just saved Levels.

It’s best not to store too many Boosters on your device, as there is a chance they may be lost, or affect the game play. and save your game in Facebook and King Account.
