About 3 or 4 weeks ago, maybe a bit less I noticed I wasn't getting any Daily Rewards and when I clicked "EVENTS" everything was missing except the Booster Wheel. I figured the game was being Updated or something, but they never returned. Today I had my girlfriend log onto her account and was SHOCKED to see all her Events were there as normal.
I play on Facebook and I tried REMOVING the game and then ADDING it back, but nothing changed. I want to CRY when I think about all the Daily Rewards and other Power-ups I've missed out on! Is the anything I can do?
My current level is 1726 and my User ID is 1133266081. Below is a picture of my Events Menu:
@ShadeyJ Hi and welcome. First thing to try is to clear you internet browser cache / history and log out and restart your device. then log back in and play a few levels see if this improves you features. If not try a different internet browser .
Some features are test features so they are not available to everyone. If you have not got a feature it could just mean your not in the test group but could be in the future. Nobody gets all available features
Also please check you have not disabled any in the game settings > features

Very sorry about your loss of bonus features. But all bonus features are not permanent part of the game. They are in the game for test purposes awarded to selected group of players. The bonus events are shuffled and changed time to time.
As freddy mentioned above please keep updated your browser and be hopeful that soon some features will come back to you.

Slow internet, Game not connected, or some other reason, you may face such problems. You can check out some troubleshooting below.
Reset/Clear cache data from App Store - Check app update - Log out game - Restart Device - Open game and Log in.
If the problem remains the same, you need to follow the steps below.

As a last resort, we can try deleting and reinstalling the game as it usually fixes most issues. Just make sure your game is safely copied to your King or Facebook account before proceeding with this step. ** Please also note that any additional boosts or spirits stored in the game may also be lost during this process, so it is worth trying to use them before reinstalling.

If you've tried all the above troubleshooting steps and updated your app and still can't see other features besides the daily booster wheel, regret to inform you the features you've been getting before has been removed from your account.
However, don't be despair and continue playing and stay tune for any new features that may be introduced to you from time to time.
