Hi @TakedraFontenot and welcome to our Community!

If your game wasn't saved on any Facebook or King account I can restore the game for you.

First make sure the game is connected to your Facebook or a King account.

Then check the Game ID in the game.

Finally post the Game ID and what level you were on here and I will manually restore the game for you.
