I like this idea, as any incentive for a F5 team can only be a good thing.

For a long while in my team I was getting 80-90 % of the points myself. I found that by just playing and achieving the rewards has been enough to mean that the rest of my team has become more engaged. Quite often now I am second on the scoring list.

This idea will definitely provide more incentive for players to join in.

I definitely agree as I feel like it's almost pointless to be on a team that has no involvement with eachother and only a few of the members actually play.

The main problem of the team in CCS is the impossibility of the admin to expel players from the team.

I have already created a third team. Because players come to my team, play for a while, and then disappear from the game. And I have no other choice. I have to create a new team and wait for new players and hope that they will be active.
