good morning. it is already the second time that I have purchased a package of prizes but I have noticed that it only lasts an hour. as it is not explained well, I ask to be reimbursed for the last purchase, not having understood that I could use the prizes only in that limited moment and that the prizes do not accumulate. If you play on mobile, then please email Player Support directly from the game.
When sending an email directly from the game, Player Support will automatically get your purchase history and all transactions the recent 90 days.
Go to the game's Start Menu, then Settings - Help Center - Purchases & Gold Bars - Contact us and send them an email.
