How do i do this. I have tried playstore and they are no help. I have purchased these items and i have hundreds of each, therefore i should be able to move them over.
Hello @DKTY and a very warm welcome to our wonderful King Community. Since you mention using the Play store - I assume you are not playing on an IOS/Apple device. I only use Apple devices and I have been able to keep my boosters when transferring to a new device (both a new iPhone and a new mini-iPad) by backing up my old devices to the iCloud and then using the iCloud to transfer all my information to the new devices. I have been lucky, there is no guarantee that will work.
I am not sure if something similar may work for an Android device. As mentioned above, only information about boosters and gold bars that you have purchased are saved in the King servers - otherwise the information is only stored locally on your device.
It appears you can back-up an Android device to the cloud :https://www.androidauthority.com/android-phone-cloud-backup-75653/ however I have no idea whether information like saved boosters will also be backed up with the rest of your data. The most likely scenario is that you will probably lose your saved boosters when you transfer to a new device. I wish you good luck!

Understood you want to transfer your boosters from one device to another. As mentioned by all the Game Experts, Superstars and fellow members above, the boosters you've purchased are stored on your device only and it is not transferable to another device.
However, if your device is from Apple, you may save/backup your app in iTunes. Then sync your new device with iTunes including the game app and hopefully, your new device will pick up all the data including booster that you've backed up earlier. I've Googled search this website for this purpose and you may try it.
If you're using Android or other device, I hope you can find some answer off this site.

Boosters are saved directly in your device's memory, which always allows you to use them while playing offline. This also means that if you delete and reinstall the game, then Boosters can be lost and just saved Levels.
Itâs best not to store too many Boosters on your device, as there is a chance they may be lost, or affect the game play. and save your game in Facebook and King Account.

Boosters are saved on device memory therefore once you change your device you are bound to lose boosters. But as you mentioned that you have purchased your boosters. The only way i can see is that you contact player support directly from your game settings and send them email. As they have your purchase history as well game data. So hopefully they will advise you accordingly.

when we uninstall the game or change the device all boosters will disappear from game because its saved on your own storage not online anywhere.
To move boosters and Lives your can try Backup and Restore Option or cloud backup from third party application.
If you have Changed Already and want your purchased boosters back then please contact support area from your game directly. you can contact here also đ

I was trying to contact the Shop to purchase gold bars but I keep getting a message saying that there is no internet connection.
