How do I get my boosters back?

All my boosters just suddenly disappeared and now im stuck on a level and can't use them so feel like giving up altogether. Is there a way to get my boosters back? My account is connected to my Facebook too so I don't know why they have all zeroed out.

Understood that you have lost all your booster and stuck at a different level.

Boosters are stored in your local device instead of the game server, so if you have recently uninstalled/reinstalled your app or change device, your boosters will be zerorised. If you haven't done any of these, then your app/game may not be updated or simply not loading properly or lack of storage or memory to enable the app to function properly.

In that case, please do the following:-

1. Exit/log out from game
2. check for app update in your app store and update the game
3. disconnect your device from internet
4. restart your device
5. reconnect your device from the internet
6. log back into game and check booster inventory. you may also want to play 1-2 level first.

⚠️ So please attention when you have trouble to lose all of your boosters! ⚠️

1. The boosters also cannot be transferred / saved to any devices on any King's Games when you switch out new or change or upgrade device or reinstall game! 

2. The boosters are saved directly in your device's memory, which always allows you to use them while playing offline. This also means that they are not saved on our servers especially if you didn't have the game saved. 

It’s best not to store too many Boosters on your device, as there is a chance they may be lost, or affect the game play. 

We do not replace items and help you to return your boosters back that have not been purchased but if you have however lost purchased items, please report this to our Player Support team here, so they can help. 😊

By the way, these events/features are still helping you to earn boosters/gold bars on this game. 😊
