Hello @BoysMama and a very warm welcome to our wonderful King Community! As mentioned above, I believe you will have to go back to Microsoft support and see if they can help you. Since this is an issue where you haven't made the purchase yet, King Player Support won't be able to help you. They help players after a purchase has been made and a player didn't receive what they purchased or were charged twice etc.
