Where are my gold bars?

All last week I was getting a popup saying that if I complete 80 levels by the end of Sunday 13/09 then I would win 50 gold bars. I completed a total of 147 levels but I haven't received my 50 gold bars and was just wondering why? Feeling a bit ripped off :'(

I think today you will recieve this award. Normally when i complete such task i get it on the next day. So please log out, update your game application, Restart your device and login again. If you still dont recieve it today. Then you have to report it to player support directly from the settings of your game application. As they have your game data i hope they will take a positive action in your favour.

Yes, usually this kind of prizes is given the day after the deadline and not immediately after the event ends. There's still time for your gold bars to arrive today.

If they don't by the end of Monday, please contact Customer Support directly from your game as suggested above.

Please ensure your game is up to date. The latest version is 1.185.1.4. After updating it, please restart your device... 😊 As mentioned by Mr Aijaziqbal and Ms Pitty, you'll get your reward soon. Please stay tune for it.
