@GCH Hi and welcome. If you could tell us if you are receiving any error messages it would help to advise you further. This is one error message below you that can stop you being able to play the game. If this is the error you are receiving then unfortunately at the moment the only fix for this is to uninstall the game and reinstall but if you are on a mobile device all stored boosters and lives would be lost. you would only keep your levels and gold bars.

If you want to try uninstall and install steps, you have your gold bars are saved/transfered but all of the boosters have lost and some events will be reset and gone.

Hi there @GCH and good day to you. Understood that you are trying to play the game but the app won't let you enter the game.
If you're playing via Android Mobile, I suggest that you refer to the "App stop working" article recommended by Ms Diamond Lim.
Before that, pls check whether other apps are working fine in your device. Then check for any updates on your device operating system and update it if there is.
Moved on to check for updates on the app and do the same.
Please make sure your device has at least 2GB to enable you to perform updates smoothly.
After update, please restart or reboot device and try to access the app/game.

Reset/Clear cache data from App Store - Check app update - Log out game - Restart Device - Open game and Log in.
