PLEASE HELP
HAVE LOST ALL PROGRESS. AM AT level 4997.
also lost all lives and boosters.

Hi and welcome to the community. Very sorry about that but did you reinstall or changed your device. The lives and boosters if lost are not recoverable (unless they are purchased one) but your progress and gold bars are recoverable if you have saved your progress through facebook or king account. Please follow below link.
