How can I fix this? It won’t let me buy anything. I updated to Apple iOS 14 now it won’t work. Phone is set correctly, payment method is correct too

From your statement as you mentioned that since you updated your ipad. So in my opinion as all your purchases are regulated by apple store i think you have to check this with apple support staff. I hope they will advise you better about this.

Disconnect the game from Facebook (if connected).
- Delete Facebook App if you have it installed.
- Clear cache from your Safari: http://www.imore.com/how-clear-stored-website-data-ios-7-safari
(very important).
- Restart the device and try connecting the game back to Facebook.

Hello @lorib805 and a very warm welcome to our wonderful King Community. I am sorry this is happening to you. I also sometimes use an iPhone and have the latest IOS 14 and am not experiencing this problem. Do you have the latest version of the app? Also make sure you clear your cache and turn off your phone for 10-15 seconds, then reopen the app and see if that has fixed the problem.
Also sometimes you see this problem if you have temporarily lost your internet connection. The games are sensitive to a strong and steady internet signal so even a temporary drop or loss of signal strength can make the game think you are playing off line, and that will not let you make purchases. If taking the steps above doesn't help, then try rebooting your router.

II have been playing this level since 3 days now and I have not been able to pass so I need assistance
I've been having trouble with trying to get to the next Ad, because every time I think the Ad is finished and I try to go to the next Ad, it takes me completely out of the game. So, then I lose my chance at the level, and the boosters that might have been able to help me. Any suggestions?
