Lost boosters :(

I don’t know why my Facebook profile picture disappeared and is not a character so I tried to follow the instructions which said to delete the app and reload it. Now I have lost ALL my boosters I have been saving!! What can I do? Can you help get them back?

Welcome to the King Community !

Unfortunately, uninstalling the app was the wrong decision. The boosters are only saved temporarily and are lost. You would only have had to disconnect and re-establish the connection to Facebook in the game

Its very unfortunate and sorry about that but boosters and lives are stored on your device memory so whenever you change your device or reinstall the game you are bound to lose your boosters and they are not recoverable unless they are purchased.

So sorry you lost your boosters this way. Uninstalling the game will do that as your boosters are stored directly on your device. If you lost any purchased boosters please contact customer support.

@dalldritt Hi and welcome, Sorry to here this has happened but in the case of mobile device the boosters are stored on the device itself, so if the phone or game crashes, , you uninstall or change phones you boosters are lost and unrecoverable. Unless you had any unused purchased boosters, you can then contact customer support from your game and they may help you with this

⚠️ So please attention when you have trouble to lose all of your boosters! ⚠️

1. The boosters also cannot be transferred / saved to any devices on any King's Games when you switch out new or change or upgrade device or reinstall game! 

2. The boosters are saved directly in your device's memory, which always allows you to use them while playing offline. This also means that they are not saved on our servers especially if you didn't have the game saved. 

It’s best not to store too many Boosters on your device, as there is a chance they may be lost, or affect the game play. 

We do not replace items and help you to return your boosters back that have not been purchased but if you have however lost purchased items, please report this to our Player Support team here, so they can help. 😊

By the way, these events/features are still helping you to earn boosters/gold bars on this game. 😊
