Paid for lives I’ve never received

On September 29, I tried to purchase extra lives via the Candy Crush store. It said that I was ‘all set’ and I went to my game, nothing! I tried it again and same thing happened. So now at this point I’ve purchased the $8.99 package twice and I’ve got NOTHING! I contacted Apple and they are review the charges. So here it is 2 days later, I figure the ‘glitch’ was fixed. Same thing happened. It said I was ‘all set’ and NOTHING! I will not continue to play or ‘pay’ for anything else. Fix this glitch!!

Very sorry about your purchase issue but unfortunately community dont deal with purchase or purchase related issues as it involves your personal information. Please go to settings of your game application and contact player support directly or you may use below link to contact them.
You need your game id for this.

Hello @Xmasborn1964 and a very warm welcome to our friendly King Community. I am sorry you are having this issue. I also play on Apple devices and so if I' pay' for anything - it goes thru Apple. They are the ones who would 'refund' the charge, but Player Support is the one who can provide you the items (in this case Lives) that you paid for. I am not sure why you are having this issue. In my case it happened one time and the duplicate purchase was because the game said it didn't go thru (lack of internet signal), but it turns out it did - so I was double charged.
Hopefully Player Support can help you resolve the issue so it doesn't keep happening. I wish you the bet of luck.
