When you want customers to reply to your emails....

... send that email from an account that accepts incoming emails so they can actually reply.

OR

Actually bother to read their replies when they are sent - Don't just ignore their replies then say, "You haven't replied, so we're closing this ticket."

Over two weeks of ignored replies and multiple ticket numbers only to be told

"we won't be able to continue to respond to further messages specifically on this subject."

When I complain that I have replied multiple times and my replies have been ignored.

I would say King.com customer support is a joke, except that it isn't funny at all for the person being provoked.
