I'm playing on pc and now all I see is the orange screen but no game. I already restarted my pc but still the same. What can be wrong?

There was a short outage on Facebook last night that may have affected the game not loading. This should be fixed now, but if you still have issues loading the game, please check the page HERE for help.

Very sorry for your reply because unfortunately Flash Player has no longer to be used on any King's Games with PC Devices due to Flash Player End Of Life (EOL) right now. 😔

If you have such a high memory, there is still the possibility that your game on Facebook is not set to active.
If you play on Facebook?
Go to settings / Apps and websites / and check whether it is set to active
@Janeyoung Hi again Some player in Facebook groups report can not open Candy Crush Saga on Facebook . I have no problems, check on Facebook under Settings the game is set to active.

A few friends are currently having trouble connecting to the game on Facebook. I think you have too many windows open in your browser. Your RAM is overloaded. Close a few windows and try again.
@Janeyoung Hi and welcome, please try clearing your browser cache and restart your device and see if this solve your problem. If not try using a different browser or use one in incognito made and see if this works. If not please let us know as had 3 different games with this happening.
The first time using browser after cache cleared if its the same refresh browser a couple of times just to check
