If it's still not worked by Save Current Level Steps, you can click on "Contact Us" on bottom of the page then select "Problems with my Game" and then "Game didn't save" and finally you ask a problem and send Game ID (How to find your Game ID) that I hope they will help you but it taken longer.

Check App update> Sign out game> Restart device and wait 5 minutes after power on> Open game and sign in. Please clear the cache. Then please play a level and update it. Clear cache. And restart. If the musical event doesn’t work and they refund everyone’s coins, then none of us should play this game anymore because it’s a scam. And personally, I love playing Candy Crush and I spend a lot of money on it — I spend around $70 just to get 300 gold bars.
The event had 1 day left and just disappeared! I was so close to the finish. Make it right please. Also, you can't chat with the bot on the help center of the app on Android, the bottom screen function buttons cover the text field and you can't click on it to start typing.
Why? Does this happen often. I was getting into playing the game but not so sure if I'll be playing anymore.
My music event isn't showing up anymore. There's still 14 hours left and I've almost completed it. I need help please
