Game not loading

I have the same problem with Candy Crush as many people here - game is stuck on orange screen and it's not loading. Spare me your usual advices because I tried everything (restarting PC, clearing cache, changing browsers etc.) and nothing helps. As we can see on this forum other players have the same issues today so clearly the problem is on your side. I don't know if there is someone here who can really help and report this bug but it would be nice if you start working on that.

    @tazeemsanti Hi can you check the facebook settings, in webs and apps and make sure the game is enabled, see if this helps . if not please come back and let us know

    You may have noticed this message already on King.com. That the Flash Player version of the game is no longer supported.

    As mentioned by you that few others are also expereincing this issue. While we are investigating this can you please try to use another browser and see if it helps you.

    Yep. Same issue here on Facebook. Just an orange screen. Won't load. I have done all the usual. Verified that chrome is up to date. Restarted computer. Cleared cache. Made sure 3rd party cookies were enabled for King.com and all subsites.


    So hopefully they will get the game going again. In the meantime, perhaps a post to the FB fan page to let them know it is an issue and its being investigated?

    I understand. I know it may take time to figure out. Just saying if someone could post that to the FB Fan Page, then it might help. I usually check there first if there is an issue.

    Ive done all as mentioned previously also does not work in Edge or Chrome

    I suspect it's Facebook. There are already some posts in the groups with connection errors from CCS via Facebook
