Game loads screen just stay on loading game will not open. Play on pc windows 10. Shut down screen and tried to reload will not open, just shows loading and nothing happen. Shut down again, restarted computer, now it looks like I have never played. no icon no history, have played since 2017. How do I recover my game playing in the 7 thousands with over a thousand friends. waiting to hear back from Candy Crush Tech. support.

Very sorry for this issue. Please try to clear cache/history of your browser and check again. You may also try to play with another browser. Also see if you need to update your windows 10.
