i just bought the dainty bundle but did not receive any items (50 coins, 1 hours of all the powerups 1 each of all the powerup) from the bundle. please help.
@sheilanat The best way to do it is from your game settings as this already contains your game ID information and is the quickest wat to get resolved

That would be great advice except the attempt to submit the form keeps giving an error message and says resubmit and every time I do I get the same error message

If it's still not worked, you can click on "Contact Us" on bottom of the page then select "Problems with purchase" and then "Purchase items are not received" and finally you ask a problem and send Game ID (How to find your Game ID) that I hope they will help you but it taken longer.

Just go to game settings , help, gold bars an purchases and send them an email you can also use the contact us below but you need your game ID for this
