Friends I need your help, I have problems with my game candy crush saga ... It tells me when contacting the app store, connection problems. It does not load the roulette. I've done everything and the problem still remains. Help, thanks.

This game is designed to work correctly on every device but in some devices the game does not work properly. According to the test, in this case, the internal fault of the device is the main reason.Game Studio is always trying to improve the game, in which case you must have the latest version of the device.
In case of such problems we sometimes ask for device model and operating system, software version, also game app version.

You keep writing about this "internet connection" and "updates" (both game updates and android/apple updates) as solutions about inability to contact the app store since few years ago. Please don't continue giving players these solutions anymore. They are simply not solving anything, and hundreds of players mentioned it, after uninstalling everything tons of times and wasting hours trying them. According to various threads, you have been able to identify the problem in June 2020 (at least this is what's been posted). We are almost 6 months later and you're still working on this identified problem :). I've thought there are some settings on my phone, or app permissions. Candy Crush does not ask for any permissions, so it cannot be this. I've thought it's a security problem (I still think this is an internal setting of some phones). Did you check what types of phones players who experience these problems have?

If you are playing on iphone or ios. You can also try to clear the cache from the Safari in your device settings. It might help you.

Hello @Liana_Centanaro - I hope you are enjoying your time here in the community. By your post, are you playing on an Apple device? I play on a mini iPad and iPhone and currently am not having any connection issues. These games like a strong and steady internet connection and if there is a temporary interruption or drop in the signal, the game can think you are now playing offline so you won't have access to certain functions/events. Hopefully the advice above will get your game back on track. You can also try rebooting your router and see if that helps.

Slow internet, Game not connected, or some other reason, you may face such problems. You can check out some troubleshooting below.
Reset/Clear cache data from App Store - Check app update - Log out game - Restart Device - Open game and Log in.
If the problem remains the same, you need to follow the steps below.

Do we know when the levels that aren't propagating yellow candies will be fixed (i.e.11859)? It's been a couple of days now that they haven't been working correctly…
