If it's still not worked by Save Current Level Steps, you can click on "Contact Us" on bottom of the page then select "Problems with my Game" and then "Game didn't save" and finally you ask a problem and send Game ID (How to find your Game ID) that I hope they will help you but it taken longer.

Hi @friscojones Since you could not save your game through any account, your original game progress is completely lost but don't be discouraged, as it is possible to restore lost levels manually.😊
Please connect the game to a Facebook or Kingdom account then follow the steps below.
Please email Player Support so they can restore the levels manually on your new account.
Go to the game's Start Menu, then Settings - Help Center - My Game Progress - Contact us and send them an email. Don't forget to mention what level you were on!
Also you can tell us your game ID, our CM will restore your lost levels to your account.

crazy cat lad, thank you for your response. I still have my facebook account and I tried to connect with it, but when i click on facebook link, nothing happens. I don't know what a W10 app is. I don't play this game on my phone, but rather on a laptop. I have tried to get help directly from king in terms of them restoring me to my level 1992, but have not gotten any response. THis is so terribly frustrating
@friscojones Hi and welcome, the w10 app is the windows 10 app version of the game that can be downloaded from the Microsoft store.
Your game is still there so its just a case of you having the correct log in and your issues should be resolved.

Thank you for your response Freddy, I already have the windows version of candy crush on my laptop. Thats the only place I play and that's the one where I lost my progress. So I can't really install another one. And the one on here won't allow me to use my facebook signin to get my progress back as I click on the facebook link and absolutely nothing happens. I don't know what else I can do here
@friscojones Hi, would love to be able to advise you more but i think the only person that can help you would be @Crazy Cat Lad . I think if anyone will know a work round for your problem it will be him. He should respond in his work hours and hopefully he can solve this problem for you.
Only option i can see is to uninstall and reinstall with new account and then get your levels restored but this you would lose any boosters you have stored, but as i say wait for @Crazy Cat Lad
