How can my mother recover the level at the game?

My mother was playing the game and suddently she lost the progress in the game. She is 70 years old and is the only game she plays. She was at the level 2300 more or less, she can't remember exactly. I saw that it is possible to recover the level if you send an email to the support center but i can't find it. I tried through the app, but the email they sent me was only with a faq.

Could anyone tell me to what email should i send my question?

Firstly your English is very fine. Secondly please tell us if she had saved earlier her game through facebook or King account if yes then please follow the instructions by Kiara and hopefully you will be able to restore the progress. But if she has not saved her progress through facebook or king account then only manual recovery is the solution.

That can only be done through our player support or our CM. If you can provide us her game id then we can request our CM to manually restore her progress.
