I'm so frustrated with this game not loading and if it does it either freezes or runs super slow...
I've tried everything, and still won't load.....HELP !!!!!!!

@mykids7680 Hi and welcome. Please check your device and game are up to date and if playing via an internet browser clear your browser cache. Then log out and restart your device and log back in and see if this solves your issue

My game will not load! It goes to the orange screen and. say “King” and disapearrs. I am over level 7000 and I just spent over 200.00 on gold bars so I don’t want to reload the game and lose every. I went into the game yesterday and it told me I needed an upgrade and now I can’t get into the game . Help!!! I have already tried all the suggestions but it still won’t work!

im on my Apple iPhone and it always worked fine until it ask me to update the app. After I made the update it will not load.

I did all those step except for re installing the game because it hadn’t been backed up and I can’t access to back the game up. I over level 7000 and I just spent 200.00 on gold barsi also have hundreds of boosters.
Hello @LoveCandyVrush - I am sorry you are having this problem. How do you normally back-up your iPhone? (I sometimes play on my iPhone too). Do you back it up on a computer or do you use the iCloud? When I got a new phone, I backed my old phone up to the iCloud and I was able to save all my boosters and transfer them to my new iPhone. If you are automatically backing up your iPhone daily, then maybe you can restore your phone to a previous back-up (before you did the update) and hopefully you will not lose very much data (from when the back-up happened to now). However, do not worry about your gold bars purchases. Purchases are stored on the King server, as long as you are playing with either a king.com or FB account. However lives and saved (non purchased) boosters are not.
I have not experienced the same problem you have on my iPhone and I have the latest version (126.96.36.199). I play on an iPhone X.

Thank you foryour suggestions. I’m above level 7000 so I want to make sure I don’t lose my level. I usually back up to the iCloud but I haven’t done it in awhile. I wonder if it will let me back up prior to the problem.
The best way to save the game is with a Kingdom or Facebook account. Did you just back up the game to iCloud?
Yes. Just to the cloud. The crazy thing is I’m still getting messages to my phone about Candy Crush and when I hit open on the message it just freezes to the orange screen.
Have you tried clearing the cache from the safari. Go to your device settings and clear cache from safari and see if it helps you.
Thank you for the suggestion. I tried it and it still doesn’t work. It was working fine until I did the upgrade. After the upgrade it just freezes on the orange screen or it goes to orange and then goes away.
Still can’t access Candy Crush. Just orange screen with King.
