Magic Season problem

A genie lamp is blocking me from accessing the next level. Has to do with this "Magic Season" where you pass 5 levels to unleash magic. I didn't really notice that I was even involved with this Magic Season challenge. It appears I've cleared 4 of the 5 levels, and cannot proceed. Can I somehow remove the genie lamp? I just want to get back to playing candy crush.

@ajcjr64 Hi and welcome, Please make sure your game is up to date and if playing via an internet browser clear your browser cache , log out and restart your device and then log back in see if this resolves your issue

Can you please tell a little more that how it is affecting your game play. Because normally if you play and clear 5 new levels you will get a bonus on genie lamp event. And proceed to the next level.

May be a temporary glitch so please update your game application and restart your device and login again to check if it solves your issue. Currently there is no way to stop this feature.

Hi @ajcjr64 !

Could you try with turning the device into landscape mode if you play on a smart phone or a tablet?

That may help and move the lamp further so it's not blocking the level.

I am having the same problem. The lamp is blocking my 5 level. I tried redoing an old level and playing a crystal level. It is blocked on my phone and my laptop.

@tskvarch Did you try the tip I post above? Turn the game into landscape mode.
