Reset/Clear cache data from App Store - Check app update - Log out game - Restart Device - Open game and Log in.

@Velvet2102 Hi and welcome, This is known issue but it is also a complex issue so it has been taking a while to try to fix this issue. All you can do is try the standard operating tips supplied by @kiara_wael above and see if this solves your issue.
If not the only option is to wait for a fix or to try uninstalling, but if this is a mobile device you will LOSE any stored BOOSTERS and LIVES and it is not guaranteed to fix the issue
