Hi. Please help. I am on level 4000 something and on my phone it is saying level 1. It is also saying my mom's user name. When I try to switch accounts it won't let me. On the computer I am on level 3000 something. Is there a way I can sync it using the computer save? Thanks.

Hi and welcome to the community.

Please tell me that which forum you were using to save your game. King account or facebook and similar question regarding your mom account.

Usually it happens when one account is king account and other is facebook account. You give us this information and we will further advise you regarding that.

Hi Thanks so much. I had been saving my progess. I tried to change users and candy crush app didn't recognize my king account. It is still stuck on my mom's profile even though I logged out on her page. And on my phone I am connected on my facebook page. It still keeps trying to log onto my mom's page through candy crush. Thanks for any help. On my computer it says 3000 something but on my phone using the app I was on 4000. I don't mind syncing it to the computer to go to the app. I just don't want to be at level 1. Thanks.

Dont worry. We will sort it out and recover your progress even if it involves us to do it manually.

The problem is when on one device one player uses king account but the other uses facebook profile then the accounts get merged. Now it has happened in your case. And when this happens the facebook account (your mom) overlaps king account. And this can not be seperated.

Normally in this case we advise player with king account to create another account and start a new game from level 1 and give us your new game id and we will request our CM to manually recover your progress.

So create a new game and send me the id and the level progress you were on at that time and i will request my CM to manually recover your progress.

Thanks so much! Also for some reason it does not recognize my king account. I was on 4022. How do I create a new game id? Do you mean here on king the one I just created for this message community? Do I create a new game id on the app?

Thanks so much for your fast response. I am going to try the disconnect like you suggested. And I have the candy crush game on the computer to try to find my game id since it won't let me switch users yet.

Hi @Angie21m and welcome to our Community!

If you are on your correct level on your computer, then you don't need to create any new account. You just need to get the game to connect properly to your account on the phone so the levels will get synced from your Facebook.

To switch from your mum's account to your, please try the steps HERE. Even though the game switched already back to your account, try them again to get the game fully synced.

If the steps above don't help, then delete and reinstall both the game app and the Facebook app on your device. Then log in to Facebook, open the game and connect it to Facebook.
