@Abubakarsattar Hi again, As per post above this is a widely know issue that they are trying to fix. All you can put your game id in the post above and barring that try uninstalling the game and reinstalling, but if this is a mobile device you will LOSE any stored BOOSTERS and LIVES.

Slow internet, Game not connected, or some other reason, you may face such problems. You can check out some troubleshooting below.
Reset/Clear cache data from App Store - Check app update - Log out game - Restart Device - Open game and Log in.
If the problem remains the same, you need to follow the steps below.

Welcome to the sweet King community. This connection error is being investigated. But I can tell you that some players managed to solve it by turning off the device's internet connection. Not the router or any other gadget. Only the connection of the device you are playing on, for a couple of minutes, with the game open. Then you turn the connection back on in the device and the problem is solved. Please let us know here if you try this and it works.

If you still aren't able to make any new purchase in the game, please contact Player Support from the game's Settings and Help Center so they can take a closer look at it. Remember to choose "Purchases & Gold Bars" as the subtopic!
