My app on my iPad keeps on going black .

My app just goes totally black and I have to reload . I get back my game but not all my boosters . I have lost many . It doesn’t happen on my phone only the iPad . Doesn’t happen to any other app . Please help as I’m sick And tired of loosing my boosters and reloading the game 2-3 times a day . Thankyou

@kymsam Hi and welcome, we can only advise you to check your device and game is up to date and log out and restart your device and see if this resolves your issue

If not you will need to contact customer support from your game to see if they can help you with this issue

Go to game settings - help canter and send them an email

You need you game ID for this but as you cannot get that use the exact email that your game is registered to the game

Have you tried reinstalling the app on your iPad?

Make also sure that the iOS is updated to the latest version. It will need to be iOS 8 or later version, but the latest iOS is always the best.

its annoying and they say it’s the iPad ! Current version I have is 12.4 something . I am so far up the scale and love candy crush but they are fast loosing me. 😩

Hi dear besides contacting the player support. Please try also clearing your cache files from the Safari of your device settings. Sometimes this also is helpful.

Welcome to the sweet King community. Sorry you are having this problem. If you have already followed all the troubleshooting steps and there are no changes, the problem is most likely with the device and not with the game.

You can check it by logging in to any other device, of course by contacting technical support in the link that Freddy gave you, they will help you solve the bugs.

Hi @kymsam !

If iOS 12 is the highest iOS that you can have installed, meaning the device is too old to run iOS 14, please make sure the memory is not full or nearly full as well.

If nothing helps to get an app run properly on an older device, then I can recommend to do a factory reset. BUT, please do back up the whole device in iTunes or in iCloud so you can restore the all data after the factory reset. If you need any further help with a factory reset, please check with Apple Support so nothing goes wrong and that you can restore the device afterwards. King can't help or take responsibility of the factory reset.
