Gone back to level 1

I’ve ended up back on level 1. I had got to level 1149 and then opened the app to be back at level 1. Incredibly frustrating. I’ve updated the app, I’ve turned off my phone to no avail. I hadn’t set up a link to my email before this either. Is there anything I can do? I’ve contacted the help centre and it keeps directing me here.. any advice would be great.

Thanks Freddy for your reply, unfortunately that didn’t work. I’ve done all of the steps you included and it was to no avail. I thought the help center could do it manually but they are not replying to my request. Is that normal?

@jphogan they are busier than normal due to current worldwide circumstances, but you should get a response. I will tag our CM to here to see if he can help you with this, but you will need to be patient as he will only answer in his work hours
