I have an old iphone trying to transfer to new iphone. both use my king account. but the new iphone ALWAYS starts at level 1.

How do I start at my current level from the old iphone to the new one? I am at level 1505

@talldave30s Hi and welcome, It should be as easy as signing in to your new device with your account details. sometimes you need to play a level for it to sync correctly

so play a level onthe OLD device or level 1 on the new device ??? I just HATE for me to get to level 2 on the new device and BOOM it overwrites my ONLY King account level to level 2 instead 1505.

Hi @talldave30s and welcome to our Community!

You will need to login to the same King account in the game on your new iPhone that you saved the game on on your old one.

If you no longer have access to the old King account, please connect the game to a new King account with another email on your new iPhone.

Then let me know the Game ID and I will manually restore it to level 1505.

I am confused still. I have my king account on old phone with a basketball as my picture

but when I login to community.king.com on my computer, logging in with it comes up with a picture of a dog.

Like somehow its not the same email address?

@talldave30s Hi and welcome can you check the game ID's on both your phones and see if this are different or the same. Also please try singing out the game and clearing the cache in safari on your new device and try connecting to your account again

@talldave30s The King account and your Community account are two different account in different systems. The King account is used only in game to save the progress. The Community account only here in the Community.

Our system shows that your King account 10326619673 is on level 952.

Is it logged into the same King account as on the old phone?

Could you post the Game ID from the game on the old phone as well so I can take a closer look at this?
