My candy crush account was through my Facebook account ( I can no longer accesss it ) .. it was hacked and I had to create a new Facebook account. How do get to my progress on candy crush ?

Your original game progress has been lost since your old Facebook was blocked and cannot be restored.However, we can restore manually lost levels to your new account.
Please connect Candy Crush Saga with the new Facebook then tell us your new Game ID here and tell us what level you were at.

Very sorry about your hacked account.
Please note that as your game is connected to your previous account (which was hacked). It can not be connected to a new facebook account. Each game can only be connected to one facebook account only. So in your case now you have only 2 options.
1. You can play with your old account if you can access old account.
2. You create a new account restart your game and tell us your game id and your progress level and we will request our CM to manually restore your progress.

On 28 of December I paid by paysafe 2.99 for a booster pack two times and neither received the booster nor got my money back. The same happened on 30 of December with a 3.99 booster once this time

It took over 400 gold bars to pass this level. How do I get some of that back? Totally ridiculous. If there are any more of those and I’m done.
As soon as I got to this level it gave me an error message 'unable to win level' and kicked me out. I tried again a few times and same message. How do I get past this level? It says level needs yellow candies and no yellow candies show up so I can't even play it.
