Sorry for the inconvenience!
This is a reported issue based on this new feature it is still being worked on and for some players it won't work or won't even appear in their games as mine and for some others too. So please try to update the game to the latest Version 1.188 and try to clear cache from the game. See if this works or else just wait till this issue gets fixed.

@james121 Hi and welcome, As explained above this is awaiting a fix as a few people are experiencing this issue. We have no time frame on a fix for this at present.
While you are here can you take a look at the contest area. There are a few contests with the chance to win gold bars for your game. Which can come extremely helpful as you progress through the game and to pass them hard to complete levels
