How do I start the game?

I am trying to start the game but I could not I am totally lost.

Hi there @MohdUmarAnsari and good day to you.

Understood that you mentioned that you are not able to start the game and is difficult. Please make sure you have the following in order:-

Sign in the game via Facebook/King's email.
Device is properly connected to the internet.

If all the above is in order, you may refer to the players' guide or if you are stuck at certain level and unable to advance, please let us know or simply refer to latest tutorial video in YouTube. Alternately, you may follow the general guide when playing King's games, as mentioned below:-

Take your time and focus on the board.
Study the game board before and throughout the game. Always play at the lowest level of the game board to enable more candies to drop from the top.
The above will give you opportunity to create special candies such as striped/wrapped/color bomb. Combining a colour bomb with either a striped or wrapped candy will destroy any blockers.
Activate the hint under the setting. This is a helpful tool as it highlights candies formation that you may have missed out especially color bombs. However, you may not necessarily always depend on it.
Stay calm and be patience. Yes, our mood does affect the game! Take a short break if you're getting frustrated or tired of trying.
Hope for a lucky game board.

I understand that the problem is that despite overcoming a level they do not advance in the game and remain stuck at the same level.

Have you logged in with a king account or with Facebook?

Make sure to keep your game and your browser up to date.

Currently there are 8165 levels in windows 10 app

And 8045 levels in mobile and Facebook app

Level 18453
this level is different to what’s on line. Need help with this level. No money or boosters. Help please.
candy crush level 11297
As soon as I got to this level it gave me an error message 'unable to win level' and kicked me out. I tried again a few times and same message. How do I get past this level? I read in a different comment on player page it needs yellow candies and no yellow candies show up?
Level 11297 is far too difficult.
It took over 400 gold bars to pass this level. How do I get some of that back? Totally ridiculous. If there are any more of those and I’m done.

Not able to watch Ad
I've been having trouble with trying to get to the next Ad, because every time I think the Ad is finished and I try to go to the next Ad, it takes me completely out of the game. So, then I lose my chance at the level, and the boosters that might have been able to help me. Any suggestions?
