Issue to log in or download game

Hey there,

All week I was having issue to connect to the store and purchase. I didn't bother thinking it was a temporarily glitch until today which I decided to remove game from my phone and try to install again. Therefore for this game it keeps saying error try again constantly with playstore but all other games or other types od candy crush it will let me.

Any feedback in this regards you can provide me?

May I know whether you are not able to download the app from the playstore after uninstalling the app and you've got an error message telling you to try again? If yes, most probably your device storage is low. To download the app, you need to have at least 2GB of free space. I have this issue on my Android phone when the storage is low.

I would then clear some unwanted files especially large ones such as image, videos, songs, documents, WhatsApp images/videos or uninstalling unused/inactive apps to clear the space and make way for the app.

Once, done, I will check the storage space and make sure it is at least 2GB, before downloading the app.

Which device you are using. Have you tried to update your play store. Also clear some storage space on your device and try again. If you have still issues please let us know.

Slow internet, Game not connected, or some other reason, you may face such problems. You can check out some troubleshooting below.

Reset/Clear cache data from App Store - Check app update - Log out game - Restart Device - Open game and Log in.

Check if your Candy crush game is updated to the latest version and check if you have enough space of at least 2GB free on Storage or SD. Sometimes these events are tested only for a few players and not all may have access to it. Try doing these steps given below and see it helps.

If done so try to log out and try restarting your device open game and log back in to the game. See if this helps.
