I have played this for years. I just purchased things for 9 99 then deleted my app cause it had gone funny bringing up names of people I don’t know instead of my Facebook friends. As I have done in the past I reloaded the game but it will not take me back to where I was up to as it has done in the past. As you can imagine I am not very happy having just paid 9 99. Can you help please. I don’t have king account

Can I sync my progress between Facebook and King.com?

Quite simply yes you can! It's really straightforward to sync your progress between Facebook, mobile and King.com, which means if you would like to switch platforms, you can easily do so without having to start the game again.

To sync your progress with King.com, please complete the following steps:

• Go to the King website at King.com/games
• Log in using your existing King profile, or create a new King profile if you don't already have one.
• Click on the ‘Settings’ icon
• Select ‘Account’
• You will be prompted to confirm your password
• Select the option ‘Score and progression sync’ and then proceed to enter your Facebook login information
• Once complete, your progress will be updated across all King games on King.com

Please check game is up to date and log out and restart your device and then log back in and see if your purchase activates. if not

Please email Player Support directly from the game.

When sending an email directly from the game, Player Support will automatically get your purchase history and all transactions the recent 90 days.

Go to the game's Start Menu, then Settings - Help Center - Purchases & Gold Bars - Contact us and send them an email

Understood that you have reinstalled your game after noticing that you have unknown people in your friends' list instead of Facebook friends and that you've made a purchase.

If you are seeing unknown people in your friends' list other than your Facebook friends, most likely you have been disconnected from your game profile. Please click on the cogwheel icon ⚙️and select log out until you reach the homepage where you need to select "Play" or "Retrieve my Progress". Select the second option i.e. "Retrieve my Progress" and then proceed with "Continue with Facebook" and you are now connected to your Facebook profile.

Please play a level and try to send a life to a friend in your list. Let me know if you need help with other issues in the game.

Sounds like the game just got disconnected from Facebook.

Have you tried reconnecting the game to Facebook? If it appears connected already, try with disconnecting and then reconnecting Facebook.
