I switched to a new phone. Couldn’t view profile pic or access purchases, no rank etc. got the no response message etc. for the last week.
I big the bullet today and deleted my iPhone CCS app, then redownloaded as I red on here that it was corrupt- back to square one !
I can play on king.com at my normal level. I can play on Facebook at my normal level, but not on iPhone app.
it’s been a week and tearing my hair out.

Sometimes especially if you are sharing your device or logging into several Facebook profiles, games can get tangled up and confused.
Worry not, as you can always disconnect the game app from Facebook and reconnect to the correct profile:
-Disconnect the game from Facebook
-Delete the Facebook app from the device if you have it installed
-Close all tabs in Safari and clear the browser cache by going to Settings > Safari > Clear History and Website Data
-Turn off the device and wait about 30 seconds
-Turn on the device again
-Open Safari and log in to your Facebook account through the browser
-Open the game and reconnect it to Facebook
- Once you're back in you can reinstall the Facebook app if you like.

Hi there @Wendy_Louise and good day to you.
Please try again and log in to your acc by clicking either "continue with Facebook" or "continue with King acc". If you click on either one, your progress should be saved since you're playing in FB and King acc. Do make sure you sign in the correct account.
Alternately, if you still keep your old phone and if it's an iPhone, pls turn on the device and sync/backup your CCS app in to iTunes. Then sync your device with iTunes and CCS along with its Data should be copied to your new iPhone. Log into the game and see if you are able to play.
Also make sure your internet is stable to ensure connectivity is not disrupted.
