You click onĀ "Contact Us" then you ask a problem and send Game ID that I hope how they can help and answer you bring back your saved progress but it takenĀ longer. š

Initially, I entered the wrong email id by mistake when I set up my candy crush account. Now I forgot my password as well.
I am unable to login into another device. I tried hard to reach up to the level.
When I go to settings- help centre- game progress etc on my IPad it says it cannot connect.
Kindly help me in changing the email and get back my account.

Please contact our player support from the game and they will manually restore your game progress.
Go to the game's Start Menu, then Settings - Help Center - Game progress - Game did not save - Contact us and send them an email.
Be sure to mentionĀ in the email, what level you were.

Starting either from the 1435 or 1457 level is fine.

Kingdom account creation with wrong email is not possible so your game was saved in device memory as a guest account. However, you will not be able to recover your original game progress but you can manually recover game progress by creating a new account. That means you can start playing from level 1435 on your new account and if you want that then let us know and we will give you the next steps.
