Good morning- I hope I don't come across as rude or unprofessional, but I have been frustrated at the lack of response. I first got on this site to ask about how to restore 160 gold bars that went missing. I was given a procedure to follow on my iPhone, I did it, and it did not restore my gold bars. Then I was told to send a message from the Candy Crush app and I have done so five times now since October 25. I am finding the fun being taken away from this game. I have been playing for a long time and I have provided plenty of revenue to King since I sit through so many ads. I find it distasteful that I can't get a little help to restore a measly 160 gold bars on my game. Is there anything I can do? Please help me and don't divert me to the app contact support again; it is not working. I'm ready to delete the game. I'm very sorry for this rant.

I'm so sorry. I would like to help you! Check App update> Sign out game> Restart device and wait 5 minutes after power on> Open game and sign in.
Please clear the cache.

Otherwise, keep playing and the gold bars could come as it is then updated by playing. It's just a time lag sometimes. Otherwise, please get in touch, then I'll help you! Did you take a picture before? That will make it a little easier.

Sorry to here you are not getting any joy with your response from customer services, but unfortuanetly this is the only course of action we can give you as the community does not deal with purchases or gold bar issues of any kind, this has to be done via customer support.
Please email Player Support directly from the game again and see if you get a response from them this time
When sending an email directly from the game, Player Support will automatically get your purchase history and all transactions the recent 90 days.
Go to the game's Start Menu, then Settings - Help Center - Purchases & Gold Bars - Contact us and send them an email
or alternatively you can use the contact us below but you need you game ID for this
