My moms account and mine have now merged. I set her up to play on my old iPad. I connect via Facebook virgo3333 and I tried to save her progress via her email, ****. Now when she logs in she is on my level. I am on some level in the 700’s and she is on level 254. Is there any way to separate us? Thank you for your time, Laurie

@virgo3333 Hi and welcome, When a facebook and a king account merge they cannot be separated, you will need the one of you to set up a new account and then get your levels manually restored

Hi there @virgo3333 and good day to you.
Understood that your mum's game account has been merged with yours because you've signed in your Facebook and then log her in using her King's account.
Please follow the steps below to separate those 2 accounts.
First, sign out from your Facebook account in the Facebook App in your old iPad.
Go to the CCS app, and when it's at the game/home page, select "My Profile". It will bring you to the following screen. Select log out.
You then will see a message prompting "Sure you want to log out"? Select "log out" again. It will bring you to the following screen where you can see your mum's email account. Then click "log out" again and it will prompt you "sure you want to log out?" and click on the log out button again.
Then you will see the screen below. Click on "retrieve my progress".
Then, you'll see the screen below and click on the "Log in with Email" as per the red circle. Now enter your mum's email address and she should be logged into her progress.

If your accounts have been merged it's not possible to separate them I'm afraid.
The Facebook account will overwrite the King account completely.
What I can do as a workaround id that your mum who had the King account creates a new King account with another email and I will manually restore the game to her level on that account.
First, reinstall the app on the device she plays on to clear all old logins.
After this, open the game and save it by creating a new King account with a new email.
Finally let me know the Game ID from the account and the level she was on and I'll do the manual restore.
