Treat Calendar freezing the game

Hi @candyrob1 many players are also experiencing this problem. I am just hoping they give the update soon to fix this issue. Otherwise the only alternative is to force close the app and do the basic troubleshooting or just reinstall the game which i wont recommend because of loss of boosters😔

My iPad version of CC is also frozen on Treat Calendar for 3 days. Any update on a fix?

Maybe tomorrow as it will be Monday and the studio will be back at work.

Hi,

Multiple options has been removed...such as treat calendar, send and receive lives, ads boosters, pink and purple wheels, challenge charts, gold bar purchase and many more.....now its like the only game with no excitement....m very disappointed with this game....

I notice this problem was reported back in 2018.

Why is the problem still happening? Surely a Company of this repute would have fixed it a long time ago.

This became an issue with me on April 19, 2021. I've done all the fixes: clearing cache, restarting iPad, all several times. Will this get fixed on it's own, or is there something more I can do? I really don't want to uninstall and lose all my boosters!!!!
