Please be informed that the connection error is an on-going issue that affects the game on intermittent basis. However, fix is still in progress.
Do try this method once a while, whilst on the game, disconnect your device from the internet, wait for several seconds or more, then reconnect your device to the internet. Wait for all the images/icons in the game to be properly loaded before playing a level.
Go to the event/shop tab to check on the accessibility.

please clean cache /history files of your device log out from game reboot your device And Try to connect after some time.
Be sure you have updated version of the game and Have a good Internet connection Also.
