Lost progress

I was on level 1115 and I just went to play and now I’m on level 36. I am logged into my account. How do I get back to the level I was on?

If you used Facebook in the game, then the levels are most likely saved on your Facebook account. 

Try with reconnecting the game to Facebook so the game gets restored. If you have connection issues to Facebook, please head over here for help.

I tried logging into my Facebook to see if that’s what I originally used but it wasn’t. I used the email.

Hi there @sydneyagnello thanks for providing additional info.

Please follow the following steps:-

1. Log out from Facebook app from all devices.
2. Log out from CCS.
3. Go to the King website at King.com. (you may need to do this via PC. But do try via mobile, if you are playing via it).
4. Log in using your existing King profile/email.
5. Click on the ‘Settings’ icon.
6. Select ‘Account’.
7. You will be prompted to confirm your password.
8. Select the option ‘Score and progression sync’ and then proceed to enter your Facebook login information.
9. Once complete, your progress will be updated across all King games on King.com.
10. Log back into your game using your email.

I hope your level is now sync with your FB account. Please let us know if it works this time by Quoting our message or simply copy and paste my name @wykoon when replying.

Since you saved your game with Facebook, your game progress is still safe. According to your statement, you have used multiple Facebook accounts on the device and now your game is connected to another Facebook.

This is a common problem and you can get the solution by following a few common steps below.
