I had to uninstall the App and when I installed it again I lost my lives and returned to level 900 (approximately), please help me recover my level and my lives, I already entered Facebook so it went ahead. I need help

    @tatimcsp1 Hi and welcome, Please see post below for help in getting your levels restored,

    Unfortunately in the case of lives as you have uninstalled nothing can be done regarding getting these back, but as they are free you can start collecting again, but we advise not to save to many incase this happens

    Hello @tatimcsp1 and good day to you.

    May I know whether you are able to recover your progress as per the suggestions given by our Ms Kiara and Mr Freddy?

    If you still not able to, please double check on the following:-

    1. You are logged into your FB app in your mobile and not others. If you are sharing your device with another person, log out from that profile and log back into yours;
    2. Then log out from your CCS game and till you are back to the game home screen with the option "Play" or "retrieve my progress".
    3. Click on the "Retrieve my progress" and then click on "continue with Facebook".
    4. Once the game is properly loaded, play a level and hopefully you are back on track.

    Hello @tatimcsp1 and a very warm welcome to our wonderful King Community. I want to make sure that you understand that things like saved lives and boosters only reside on each specific device, which is why if you play for example on a tablet and a phone, once you spin the daily booster wheel on one of the devices, you can't spin it on the other that same day and the booster will only be on that specific device. However anything you actually purchase (including boosters) and your game progress, are saved on the King servers so as long as you are playing thru King.com or FB, your progress and any lost purchases can always be restored by Player Support.

    Hello and welcome to the community. Here's some information from Crazy Cat Lad about restoring levels.

    If you used Facebook in the game, then the levels are most likely saved on your Facebook account. 

    Try with reconnecting the game to Facebook so the game gets restored. If you have connection issues to Facebook, please head over here for help. 

    If you had saved the game with your email address at some point, then the levels should be saved on your King account.

    Simply log back in to your King account instead of Facebook to get the levels back. If you can't remember the password on your account, please tap the link below the password field to reset it. 

    If someone else used your device and the game got connected to their account instead, you will need to log them out and then log back in to your account in the game. Tap 'My Profile' in the game and log out in the bottom of the page to disconnect the account from the game.

    If the connection to someone else's Facebook account stays stuck even though you have disconnected them, please go here to force the game to connect to your account instead.

    Do you have the game saved on your old device and just need to transfer it over to your new phone or tablet? In this case check out the page here to sync the levels over to your new device.

    If the game wasn't saved on any account, Player Support can restore your levels manually!

    First make sure the game is connected to the Facebook or King account that you want to use in the game from now on.

    Then head over to the Settings in the game and Help Center. Choose a topic and you'll find the 'Contact us' in the bottom of the page. Send an email to Player Support from there so they can help you you and manually restore the levels.

    Please remember to mention what level you were on so Player Support can restore the game right away.
