Yesterday my avatar showed an animal character instead of my Facebook image. That happens frequently and when it does I show up it different groups of competition instead of my friends and so other issues. So, I log out and back it, sometimes a few times and eventually things get sorted out and I’m tied back in with. My Facebook friends. So, yesterday when I did this a major problem happen I lost all my accumulated powers in my piggy bank! 105 color bombs, 25 of so lollipop hammers as well as 25 free switch. Very mad, I’m on level 8331 so I’m not a rookie.

The one with the animal picture as an avatar is due to a faulty connection to Facebook. It is usually sufficient to log out of Facebook and log in again in the game. The boosters are actually secured through the Facebook connection. Try again.

When your avatar changes from your Facebook pic to a King character, it means that you lost connection to Facebook, as mentioned above. Simply disconnect and reconnect the game to Facebook to get this sorted out.
The Gold Bars in the Piggy Bank can be reset of various reasons. They will also get reset after a while if you don't claim and purchase them. You can start collecting new Gold Bars to the Piggy Bank next time it's in your game, or buy any of the other offers or bundles in the Candy Shop.
