I can't log in to Candy Crush Saga via the Win10 app via Facebook

I tried. My game was already updated. I'm out of options. I'm not going to uninstall and reinstall the game and lose all my boostesr.

Hello @sauren I can certainly understand your reluctance. I'm not sure how it works on a PC but on a mobile device you will certainly lose any saved boosters and lives since they are stored locally on each specific device and not on the King servers. maybe one of the CMs can provide additional advice tomorrow. @Crazy Cat Lad - any additional suggestions for this player?

@Freddy_Falkner No error messages; nothing happens at all.
I did sync my facebook and king account. I even got an e-mail from facebook that I shared information with king, but still no good.

At this point in time it looks like I will continue to play via the Win10 app, but if I want to send or request lives, I must log into facebook and then play an old level there. Does anyone have a better solution?

@sauren Hi and welcome, There are currently a few issues for some people sending and receiving lives. This is being investigated but at present there is no time frame for a fix on this. Is this method works for you it may be the only thing that you can do will awaiting the fix

This is not the same issue. I can't send or receive lives because I can't log into facebook, so I have no real friends showing up when I play via the Win10 app. I have a fox avatar for my profile pic. Do you think Crazy Cat Lad will be able to give me a solution?
